“Yakovlev&Partners” law offices, founded in 1990 by a group of professional lawyers, serves its clients in various fields of law in Moscow, Russian regions and abroad. Presently the company has 40 lawyers and attorneys working in Moscow. In the regions of Russia the company has 5 offices: in Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saratov and Tver.
"Yakovlev & Partners" Law Offices started to operate in 1990 as Limited Liability Company "MaTEC" (Marketing, Trading, Engineering and Consulting small business enterprise) established by lawyers with a wide experience of work in state structures.
In 1995 the company was renamed into Limited Liability Company "MaTEC. Yakovlev and Partners". The main goal of the firm became offering wide spectrum of legal services in Russia and abroad.
In 2003 several employees of the Firm established Moscow Collegium of Advocates "Yakovlev and Partners". As a result we can provide our clients with both legal assistance in courts, where advocates of the Collegium work and legal consulting rendered by lawyers of "Yakovlev & Partners".
The company offers the full range of high quality legal services with the focus on FDI projects. Our principal practices are corporate, commercial, tax advice and tax disputes, banking and finance, land, real estate and construction, dispute resolution.
