Yakovlev & PartnersLaw Group® started more than 25 years ago with the establishment of MaTEC® Limited Liability Company (Marketing, Trading, Engineering and Consulting agency), which was founded by lawyers with extensive experience of work in state-owned institutions.
In 1992, the Company was renamed into MaTEC. Yakovlev & Partners® LLC and mainly focused on legal support for Russian businesses in Russia and abroad.
In 2003, Moscow Collegium of Advocates Yakovlev & Partners® was founded, which divided the Group’s practice into two areas: legal advice (MaTEC"®) and litigation (Collegium).
In 25 years, Yakovlev & Partners Law Group has become one of the leading law firms in Russia and grown from 3 to 75 lawyers and attorneys in six offices in Moscow, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Tver, and Makhachkala.
