Legal support for construction of a five star hotel complex and an apart-hotel

The Law Group “Yakovlev & Partners provides legal support for two investment projects in the town of Geledzhik on construction of a five star hotel complex and an apart-hotel with the total cost of over RUR 5 billion.

The total area of the hotel complex is 55000 sq. m; the area of the apart-hotel is 30000 sq. м. In the first case the construction is carried out through reconstruction of a boarding house, in the second case – through reconstruction of a sport-and-recreation camp on the terms Shell and Core.

Lawyers of the practice “Land-Real Estate-Construction” took part in negotiations on conclusion of building contracts and presently are providing legal support of the client’s activities. Owing to our specialists’ work the agreements concluded by the client* provide mechanism of protection of its rights and lawful interests in case of suspension of work at the customer’s initiative. Thus, at the beginning of financial crisis in October-November 2008 the customer attempted to suspend financing of the project, however the mechanisms provided in the agreement have not allowed doing so.

The project also covers settlement of relations in the field of civil, financial and town-building legislation.
