Legal support for building of the construction siding manufacturing plant
Lawyers of Tver Office of “Yakovlev & Partners” have provided legal support for investment construction project (construction of siding manufacturing plant of the Belgian company TECO in the village Redkino, Konakovskiy rayon, Tver region.
In the course of realization of the project the Belgian investor has received the following services:
• State registration of the investor’s subsidiary company - ÎÎÎ "Tecos";
• Representing the investor’s interests before the federal, regional and local state authorities for obtaining of permissive documentation on construction of the plant;
• Legal support for import of the plant’s equipment to the Russian Federation;
• Obtaining permits for employment of foreign labor and work permits for foreign citizens;
• Legal analysis (due dilligence) of lease relations in respect of the land plot under the plant, and providing recommendations on purchase of the given land plot;
• Representing the investor’s interests under conclusion of current economic agreements with counteragents.
The lawyers of “Yakovlev & Partners” have also provided a legal conclusion and recommendations in connection with damaging the neighboring power cable in the course of construction. The Client got recommendations, how to settle the dispute in connection with the damages caused that also allowed establishing servitude on the land plot to avoid further problems. Thus the dispute was settled in extra judicial manner.
