Legal support of activities of Russian businesses abroad:Investment projects:
- Structuring deals with participation of foreign companies, with application of foreign substantive and procedural law;
- Attraction of foreign investments for realization of projects on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- Support of Russian investments abroad, including CIS and EU countries, Northern America (search of target companies jointly with the partner organizations, counsel on purchase of business abroad, operational appraisal of companies, Due Diligence, structuring and full support of the deal on purchase of assets)’
- Advising on placement of securities and derivative instruments with the foreign markets (jointly with the partner consulting companies abroad);
- Rendering counsel on purchase of real estate rights, including land rights abroad;
- Support of real estate purchase deals, including establishment of legal entities abroad, Due Diligence of real estate objects, structuring deal, drafting agreements, signing, execution, closing the deal;
Intellectual property:
- Rendering advice on registration and use of intellectual property rights abroad.

- Legal support of taking recourse upon mortgaged property abroad
- Representing interests upon settlement of foreign companies’ debts, including filing cases with foreign courts and enforcement of judgments

- Registration of companies in the British Virgin Islands, Gibraltar, Cyprus and other jurisdictions, providing full set of services to such companies
