Salaries of researchers will increase by 9%, university teachers — by 9.9%, and teachers involved in the education of orphaned children - by 8.9%.
Starting from July 1, employees of the ten best colleges in the region will also begin to financially support employees in the Moscow Region. The amount of the increase will vary, but it will mainly amount to about 10 thousand rubles.
How will the order of social benefits in the regions of Russia change from July 1, 2023:
In some regions of Russia, an increase in social benefits is expected in the middle of summer.
Starting from July 1, the Chukotka Autonomous Region will increase monthly payments for children. This figure in Chukotka is slightly less than 35 thousand rubles. An increase in social benefits is also expected in the Samara region. Starting from July 1, the mechanism for calculating the average per capita income of large families will change there to assign a monthly cash payment for the third and subsequent children under three years of age.
From July 1, large, low-income families in the Kaliningrad Region will receive an additional payment for school preparation. It will be calculated based on the available data without submitting a specific application. The amount of this allowance will be five thousand rubles.
Orphans and children left without parental care in the Ulyanovsk region will be able to receive a lump sum payment instead of housing for the purchase of an apartment or house in the region. Such social assistance will be provided only once.
The interest rate on loans will decrease from July 1, 2023:
Starting from July 1, 2023, the maximum daily interest rate on consumer loans will decrease. Banks will not be able to receive more than 0.8% per day from customers. Previously, this figure was 1%. At the same time, the maximum fee for the full cost of the loan will also decrease from 365% to 292% per annum.
According to the new law, if a customer has issued a consumer loan for up to one year, the total amount of the payment should not exceed 130% of the loan, previously it was allowed to charge up to 150% per annum.
It will be easier to buy air tickets at discounted rates from July 1, 2023:
The Russian Ministry of Transport has announced that a subsidized air transportation portal will open on July 1, 2023. The resource will be available in test mode until June 1, 2024.
