INTRODUCTION
This policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that MBA «Yakovlev and Partners» and LLC «MaTik. Yakovlev and partners» (hereinafter - the Personal data operator or the Operator) may obtain information about the user (hereinafter – the User) and/or about a third party on behalf of and for whom the user acts - during the use of the website www.matec.ru, its services, programs and products.
This Policy is based on and in accordance with article 24 Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FL «On personal data» and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The User must:
4.1.1. Provide personal data necessary for the use of the Website.
4.1.2. Update, supplement information provided on personal data in case of change of this information.
4.2. The Operator must:
4.2.1. Use information obtained only for the stated purposes.
4.2.2. Keep confidential information secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose personal data transmitted by the User, except as otherwise provided by this Policy.
4.2.3. Take precautions to protect confidentiality of personal data of the User according to the procedure normally used for protecting such information in current business.
4.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of request of the User, or ofhis/her legal representative or ofthe authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data withinthe verification period in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
5. IMPLEMENTATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
5.1. The Operator’s activity in processing personal data in information systems is based on the principles of protection of confidentiality of information received.
5.2. Security of personal data when processed in the information systems of the Operator is ensured by means of information protection system, which includes: organizational measures with the implementation of physical access restriction to premises, application of soft hardware protection measures.
5.3. Exchange of personal data when processed in information systems is carried out through communication channels protected by technical means of information protection.
5.4. When processing personal data in the information systems of the Organization the following is to be provided:
- carrying out activities to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and (or) transfer of it to persons who do not have the right to access to such information;
- timely detection of unauthorized access to personal data;
- preventing any impact on technical means of automated processing of personal data, which may result in its malfunctioning;
- the possibility of immediate recovery of personal data, modified and destroyed due to unauthorized access to it;
- continuous monitoring of the level of personal data protection.
5.5. To ensure that the level of protection of personal data is in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law of 27.07.2006 152-FL «On personal data» and Federal Law of 27.07.2006 149-FL «About information, information technology and protection of information» the Operator does not disclose information on specific means and methods used to ensure information security of personal data.
6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The Processing time of personal data is determined on the basis of the purposes of processing in the information systems of the Operator, according to the term of the contract, agreement with the subject of the personal data, limitation period, as well as other requirements of the legislation and regulatory documents of the Operator
7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
7.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy without the consent of the User.
7.2. The new version of the Policy is to be effective from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
