• Representing the interests of a major Austrian manufacturer of chimney systems in court in a number of disputes about employee reinstatement. The abuse of their rights by employees and their lack of legal rights to reinstatement were proven.

• Preparation of a legal opinion for a foreign oil company on labor protection and hazardous work at a plant for the production and packaging of motor oils, including at explosive and fire-hazardous production facilities. Based on the prepared conclusion, the company has established a clear and systematic procedure for carrying out such work and delimited responsibility for occupational safety and health with its contractors carrying out similar work on the company's territory.

• Preparation of a legal opinion for a Japanese manufacturer of automotive components on the possibility of firing its employee for causing damage to the employer by his actions and stealing confidential information. Examples of migration law cases

• Representing the interests of a large Finnish manufacturer of thermal insulation materials in challenging in court the refusal of the migration authority to issue work permits for citizens from non-CIS countries who were employed outside the quota in engineering specialties as part of an investment project for the construction of a plant. The refusal of the migration authority was due to the fact that the education of foreign citizens does not correspond to the specialties for which they were attracted by the employer. The court declared the contested refusals illegal and pointed out that the migration authority does not have the right to assess the qualifications of foreign workers employed by the employer.

• Appeal against court orders banning entry to Russia issued against a married couple, Serbian citizens, employees of a Croatian manufacturer of automotive components. Given the identity of the circumstances of the administrative case, the court made different decisions on the complaints filed. As a result, one decision of the court of first instance banning entry to Russia was overturned on appeal, the second only by way of supervision. After that, legal support was provided for the procedure of "opening" entry to Russia.

• Support the inspection of the migration authority in relation to a Japanese non-profit organization located in the Sakhalin Region that employed Japanese citizens. As a result of the inspection, no sanctions were applied to either the employer or the foreign employees.
