What will change from September 1 for Russians receiving a pension? Several changes are expected, which will affect the increase in the amount of payments. So, in the first month of autumn, payments for non-working pensioners will be indexed. The recalculation will happen automatically. The increase in payments will affect everyone who receives an old-age and disability pension and for whom the employer transferred insurance premiums in 2022.

In addition, next month, elderly people who will turn 80 on September 1, 2023, will receive a fixed pension supplement in the amount of 7567 rubles. 33 kopecks. What will change from September 1 in the legislation on medicines and medical services:

Also, an order from Roszdravnadzor will come into force next month, according to which medical organizations will be able to repair medical equipment using non-original spare parts. To obtain permission for such repairs, clinics and hospitals will need to provide a number of documents.

What will change in the rules for the supply of imported medicines for pets:

Another innovation will affect foreign veterinary drugs that are available for free sale. Now all production sites of companies that import veterinary medicines to Russia will have to comply with GMP requirements, internationally accepted. In addition, the import of products produced at such sites will be allowed in the Russian Federation only after each of them is checked by Russian specialists. It should be noted that importers have already stated that they will not be able to meet all the requirements on time, as a result of which up to 85% of imported products may disappear from the domestic veterinary drug market.
