What will change from September 1 in schools and universities:
The broadest list of changes will affect educational institutions. Thus, starting from September 1, federal basic general education programs will be introduced in all schools of the Russian Federation. This means that in the next two years, the same sequence of subjects will be introduced in all schools.
Previously, each school had the right to teach according to its own curriculum, and each teacher could theoretically personally choose textbooks, as well as interpret topics. Now all curricula and textbooks for their study will become unified, that is, there will be a certain standard for secondary education.
Also, starting from September 1, students of general education institutions will be taught in lessons about what corruption is and what ways there are in modern Russia to combat this phenomenon. These issues are expected to be addressed in literature, history, and social studies classes.
There will also be innovations in the program of initial military training in schools: children will be taught the basics of using drones.
The innovations will also affect university students: from September 1, students will be taught history according to an updated program, where special attention will be paid to the objectives of the special military operation in Ukraine. In addition, the training course will include information about anti-Russian sanctions and topics related to the incorporation of new regions into Russia. Another change in the legislation of the Russian Federation, which will take effect from the beginning of autumn, will affect the rules for prescribing prescription drugs. Amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the Regulations on the system for monitoring the movement of medicines for medical use" introduce changes to the system for recording prescriptions for psychotropic, narcotic and some other medicines. It is worth emphasizing that the changes will affect the discharge rules, registration methods and requirements for the storage and destruction of prescriptions, which are issued on forms № 148-1/u-88, № 148-1/u-04(l), № 107/u-NP. This change will not affect consumers directly.
Also, from the first day of September, new rules for the provision of paid services in medical institutions will begin to apply. It is expected that the changes will allow citizens to receive guaranteed free care under the compulsory medical insurance policy, and they will not be entitled to charge for the required services of the clinic.
Thus, every citizen who has an MHI policy has the right to receive the following types of medical services free of charge:
palliative care;
outpatient care;
emergency medical services;
specialized medical care, including inpatient treatment.
As before, the patient can undergo any examinations and take tests for free, if they have a referral from the attending physician. However, if a citizen decides to undergo examinations on his own initiative, the medical institution has the right to charge for these services.

Another innovation will affect foreign veterinary drugs that are available for free sale. Now all production sites of companies that import veterinary medicines to Russia will have to comply with GMP requirements, internationally accepted. In addition, the import of products produced at such sites will be allowed in the Russian Federation only after each of them is checked by Russian specialists. It should be noted that importers have already stated that they will not be able to meet all the requirements on time, as a result of which up to 85% of imported products may disappear from the domestic veterinary drug market.

According to the new taxi law, which will come into force on the first day of autumn, a taxi driver may lose a permit to provide transportation services for citizens in the absence of a valid CTP policy.
