• Preparation of a legal opinion for a Japanese manufacturer of automotive components on the possibility of firing its employee for causing damage to the employer by his actions and stealing confidential information. Based on the results of the services provided, the employer was able to avoid violating labour laws when dismissing the employee.

• Building relationships with the trade union of employees of a large printing plant, conducting negotiation processes, and avoiding abuse of their rights by the trade union. The effect of balancing the interests of the employer and employees represented by the trade union has been achieved.

• Preparation of a legal opinion for an employer (a Danish manufacturer of food additives) on the possibility of dismissing his employee for violating labor discipline. Based on the results of the services provided, the employer was able to avoid violating labour laws when dismissing an employee.
