Representing the firm at the meeting were Advisor to the Chairman, Head of Education Law Practice Maria Asmanskaya, Head of Legal Support for Disputes in the Field of Public Utilities and Property Management Sergey Sergeev, and Assistant to the Chairman Pavel Lebed.
The conversation turned out to be truly engaging. The discussion centered on the Chinese legal system as an independent regulatory model and modern approaches to the introduction and use of artificial intelligence technologies in legal practice. The topics, which require preparation and attention, aroused genuine interest among the students: the questions were precise, and the discussion was dynamic and substantive.
The students demonstrated a high level of curiosity, a broad outlook, and a sincere interest in complex legal and technological issues.
As part of the visit, guests were given a tour of the office and were told about how the work of the legal team is organized and what tasks are handled in daily practice.
The meeting concluded in an informal setting — over conversation and traditional donuts, which at MBA "Yakovlev & Partners" have already become part of hospitality and a good reason to continue communication outside the business agenda.
