On April 3–4, 2026, the XXV Congress of Young Scientists "Traditions and Innovations in the System of Modern Russian Law" — one of the largest scientific events for young lawyers in Russia — was held at MSAL.
As part of the congress, a round table in Chinese titled "Russia and China: Innovations and Traditions in the Legislation of the Two Countries" took place, serving as a platform for professional dialogue on issues of comparative law.
Based on the results of the section, the diploma for the best report in Chinese was awarded to an employee of MBA "Yakovlev & Partners", Pavel Lebed.
The topic of his presentation — a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of unmanned vehicles in Russia and China — covered current issues of legislative development, identification of key differences, and prospects for harmonization of the legal approaches of the two countries.
"This is a significant achievement that confirms the high level of professional training and foreign language proficiency. We are proud of our colleagues' successes and support the development of scientific and expert activities within the team," noted the Managing Partner of "Yakovlev & Partners".
The participation of the firm's employees in scientific and educational initiatives is an important part of professional development and strengthening the firm's expert position.
