On November 20 in Changsha, during a business forum, Moscow Bar Association Yakovlev & Partners signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian Entrepreneurs and Compatriots Association of Hunan Province.
The signed agreement establishes a new institutional legal platform to foster trade, economic, and investment cooperation between businesses from Russia, Hunan Province, and BRICS countries. Develop a database of key Russian‑Chinese projects;
Provide legal support to companies in complying with regulatory requirements and adapting to national jurisdictions.
