On November 20 in Changsha, during a business forum, Moscow Bar Association Yakovlev & Partners signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian Entrepreneurs and Compatriots Association of Hunan Province.

The signed agreement establishes a new institutional legal platform to foster trade, economic, and investment cooperation between businesses from Russia, Hunan Province, and BRICS countries. The partnership aims to provide practical support to companies engaged in cross‑border projects and to mitigate legal and regulatory risks when entering international markets.

Key objectives of the collaboration
