Bankruptcy cases are always about action, lots of action, most of them are akin to long multi-page novels, some of them are fleeting like a short story, some of them are like fairy tales that are hard to believe or like tragedies that you can cry over, and sometimes like comedies, but that's rare.
New 2024 year will bring us a whole series of actions palette. Struggling debtors are learning to reach restructuring agreements with creditors - probably it is lyric; the growth of bankruptcies is definitely a tragedy; the increasing number of subsidiary liability judicial awards is a drama. With these literary allegories, we will attempt to show the trends that are currently emerging, existing, or fading in bankruptcy proceedings.
