- the case of TRK-Krasnogorsk against TRUST Bank (№ A40-11645/21) on amendments to the loan agreement in connection with the coronavirus pandemic was recognized as the case of the year 2021 according to the Kommersant newspaper. For the first time in Russia, Article 451 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation was applied to credit relations and the loan repayment period was extended in court.;
- for the first time in Russia, foreclosure was levied on the debtor's property, issued in denominations that are not related to the debtor (№ A40-32986/2019).
