Experience and recognition

Tatiana has been a member of the Yakovlev and Partners Law Group team since 2015. She has more than 15 years of legal experience.

She began her professional career as a 3rd-year student at the Legal Agency "Legal Assistance" as a lawyer's assistant, specializing in company registration. After graduating from the same company, she worked as a legal adviser.

Currently, Tatiana specializes in registration, liquidation, and reorganization of companies (commercial, NPOs, sole proprietors), amendments to constituent documents, legal support for share purchase and sale transactions, holding general meetings, contractual work, and participation in due diligence projects.

Tatiana carries out litigation and pre-trial claims work on projects in the field of corporate, labour, housing law, in the field of housing and communal services, holding general meetings of owners in apartment buildings, protecting the rights of owners of premises in apartment buildings, collecting damages and debts.

Education

In 2010, she graduated from the Law School of the Academy of Labour and Social Relations (ATISO) in Moscow.

In 2022, she successfully completed advanced training courses at the M-Logos Law Institute under the program "Corporate Law: Corporate Law Reform, Judicial Practice and Corporate Procedure Support".
